In prince it’s a good place to catch some much needed sleep

Room clean user and handy to departure lounge.

Took time to find staff. Kiosk nor manned at all times. Hotel name unclear on floors below. Took an hour from looking till laying down.

The staff was not very helpful, the remote control for the tv didnt work because the batteries were old and we never got the replacements. Also the check in process was very slow

Resting and practical.

I booked one night inbooking and once I arrived, I was told that the booking was only for 3h. Since I had the booking and it was not clear, the staff kindly arranged for me to stay overnight at the same price. It's very handy to overnight at the airport. Very nice room and great shower. Great staff and customer service by email prior to arrival.

The information provided should be clarified between the hotel and booking (3h or a full night). A bit of mould smelling perhaps because the fact that the rooms don't have windows. No soap in the soap dispenser in the bathroom.

It is a perfect refugee for a delayed flight over night. Showers are clean, bed is soft. Just what you need to rest before a long flight

Du kannst nur Einchecken, wenn du einen internationalen Flug hast und am nächsten morgen weiterreist. Wir haben das Hotel gesucht und natürlich nicht gefunden, da wir einen Inland Flug hatten. Leider wurden wir nicht darauf hingewiesen beim Buchen.

Ubicacion ideal para los que están de tránsito y estén dispuesto a pagar por 3, 6 o 12 horas de estadía

Ese valor tan alto por solo 3 horas de hospedaje. Tenía una espera de 8 horas en Río y esperaba poderme quedar en la noche en el hotel cuando oh sorpresa! la reserva que tenía era solo de 3 horas, lo que me obligó a irme a una sala VIP hasta el cierre y luego pagar por esas tres horas más una hora adicional!! Un costo demaisado elevado por un hotel de tránsito!!!

Poder disfrutar adem[as de la sala vip

Estuvimos en medio de una escala Internacional y no podíamos despachar el equipaje ni acceder con él a la zona de embarque la noche anterior, lo cual trajo varias complicaciones que derivaron en perder un vuelo con una conexión de 14 horas. Es ajeno al hotel, pero recomiendo no utilizar esta opción cuando la escala internacional demande hacer migración en Brasil.

No pude utilizar el hotel ya que al estar en la zona de embarque de vuelos internacionales era imposible acceder al hotel ya que lo mio era un vuelo regional.

Que está dentro del aeropuerto, muy buena calidad precio,y súper cómodo...y como ya hiciste check-in puedes despertar,bañarte e ir a tu sala tan solo con 1 hora de anticipación a tu vuelo....

Muy ruidoso

El hotel era demasiado ruidoso, no pude dormir en ningún momento. Nadie se preocupa en el hotel de mantener el confort de quienes están durmiendo. Las puertas tienen un sistema que hace que sean muy ruidosas al momento de cerrarse... Hubiera preferido hacer hora en cualquier parte del aeropuerto y haberme ahorrado la estadía. Mi objetivo era descansar, pero la verdad es que gasté plata por estresarme.
